NATURE'S QUIET CREATION
Pāua is carefully protected in New Zealand, and cannot be taken until it has reached maturity. That care keeps the species healthy for years to come, and it means every shell we use had the time to develop its full color and form. The shells in our Pāua Shell Collection were hand-chosen 15 to 20 years ago, each one for the beauty of its iridescence and its shape. None of them are dyed, color-enhanced, laminated, veneered, or coated in resin, and none are ever reshaped. The play of color and the form of each shell were grown in the ocean and kept just as they were. No two pieces are ever the same. Crafted with .925 sterling silver.
